Looking for Engineers? This advertisement is looking for 150 extra employees in order to keep up wit their growing company. What this ad is leading you to think is that these 150 positions that are open are for men only. Notice there is not one woman in this advertisements. Even if I did hold a degree that would qualify me for this position, why would I want to work for a company that is publicly advertising themselves as a ‘boy’s only club’.
